What we do not hold
What PNDR does not hold
The register holds only what a party to a dispute lodged with it directly, under statutory declaration, with a supporting document. Everything else, it does not hold.
Nothing copied from anywhere else
PNDR does not copy, index or republish tribunal decisions, court files, council orders, security of payment determinations, news reports, reviews or any other register. It holds nothing that any other record holds. A sworn notice lodged by the party to a dispute exists nowhere else.
No ratings, no scores, no opinions
The register does not rate buildings, rank them or comment on any notice. It records what the parties lodge and shows the reply of the party named. It adds nothing to either.
What an empty result means
Nobody has lodged a notice. That is all it means. It does not mean there are no disputes, and it does not mean the owners corporation has nothing to disclose. Buyers should still obtain the owners corporation certificate and may inspect the owners corporation's records.
What this means for an owners corporation
The register writes nothing about you. If a party to a dispute lodges a notice, you are told first, you can reply free of charge, and your reply is published with it. See what a well-run owners corporation gains.
