For owners

When you are a party to a dispute

If you own in an owners corporation and you are a party to a dispute, you will be able to lodge a factual notice so the record can be found by people who need it.

What lodging gives you

  • A dated record of the dispute that you can export.
  • An email the moment the named party replies or the status changes, so you never have to check back.
  • Plain-English guides to the Victorian dispute pathway: the owners corporation's own process, then mediation, then VCAT.

During the Victorian launch period, lodging a notice is free. Searching is free. Replying is free. Removing or correcting your own notice is free. Any change to lodging fees will be announced on this page in advance.

What you are responsible for

You remain legally responsible for your notice, so stick to provable facts. A notice needs a statutory declaration and at least one supporting document. It cannot include dollar figures or opinions.
