What it adds
Search a building by address and see each notice's category, filing date, status as at a date, and whether a reply has been received. Every notice is backed by a statutory declaration and a supporting document, and a reviewer checks it before it shows. A notice is a sworn statement by the person who lodged it, not a finding by the register.

During the Victorian launch period, lodging a notice is free. Searching is free. Replying is free. Removing or correcting your own notice is free. Any change to lodging fees will be announced on this page in advance.
