Terms will be published before the first notice is lodged.
Settled now
Two things are settled and will be in the terms. There is no fee to reply to a notice, and no fee to remove or correct your own notice. The register charges no fee to remove, amend, delay or suppress a notice, and offers no paid way to change what a notice shows.
During the Victorian launch period, lodging a notice is free. Searching is free. Replying is free. Removing or correcting your own notice is free. Any change to lodging fees will be announced on this page in advance.
