About
About the register
The Public Notices & Disputes Register is operated by Veridex Pty Ltd. It records what the parties lodge, and shows the reply of the party named.
A record, not an advocate
The register records what the parties lodge and shows the reply of the party named. It does not argue with anyone, rank buildings or comment on any notice.
Who runs it
The register is operated by Veridex Pty Ltd, ABN 95 702 035 265. Contact us at register@pndr.au.
Who appointed you?
No one appointed PNDR, and PNDR has never claimed otherwise. It is a private service operated by Veridex Pty Ltd that lets a party to a dispute publish their own sworn account, and lets anyone search what has been lodged. The people who decide what appears are the parties themselves: PNDR writes no notices, sources no notices from any other record, and takes no side in any dispute. Whether the service is useful is for the people who use it to decide, including owners corporations, which can reply free of charge.
What the register holds
PNDR holds nothing that any other record holds. It publishes only what a party to a dispute lodges with it directly, under statutory declaration, with a supporting document. It does not copy, index or republish tribunal decisions, court files, council orders, security of payment determinations or any other register. What PNDR does not hold says more.
